From Soho nights to Norfolk fires
Launched in 2020, Lawless Pizza is the creation of Michael Law - chef, gastro pub manager, and cocktail mastermind with roots in 90s Soho institutions like The Groucho Club, The Colony Rooms, and St John.
After moving to Norfolk in 2010, Michael ran the kitchen at Norwich's Alexander Tavern and worked with the wood-fired pizza business at The Anchor in Morston before setting up Lawless in his hometown of Aylsham.
Michael handcrafts his dough and sauces from scratch, using standout local and Italian produce. Every 11-12 inch pizza is hand-stretched and cooked to order - no shortcuts, no frozen bases. Vegan and gluten-free options always available.
